How Lumio Worldwide Limited handles information in our mobile apps, games, and this website.

This policy describes data practices that may apply when a particular Lumio app uses the listed features or partners. The exact SDKs and permissions can differ by app and should be checked against each released app's configuration and store disclosure.

1. Who we are and scope

Lumio Worldwide Limited (“Lumio”, “we”, “us”) develops mobile apps and games. This policy applies to Lumio products and this website. We are responsible for explaining our own data practices; third-party services may also process information under their own policies.

2. Information we may collect

  • Device and app information: device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate location inferred from IP address, device or installation identifiers, and technical usage events.
  • Advertising identifiers: Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, where available and permitted by your settings and applicable consent requirements.
  • Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data, and related device information used to identify and fix errors.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: this website currently does not set analytics or advertising cookies; mobile SDKs and advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or comparable identifiers where applicable.
  • Information you provide: your name, email address, and the details you send to us when requesting support.

We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal information through the support form.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate and improve our apps, troubleshoot crashes, respond to support requests, measure app performance, protect services from abuse, and display or measure advertisements in ad-supported products. When required, we request consent before using information for personalized ads or other optional purposes.

4. Analytics and advertising partners

Depending on the app, we may integrate Google AdMob, AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, and Firebase (including analytics or crash reporting). These providers may receive device information, advertising identifiers, usage events, IP addresses, and diagnostics to provide their services. 5. Your choices and privacy rights

You can manage advertising preferences through your device settings and, where provided, the in-app consent controls. On iOS, access to IDFA is subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. Depending on where you live, including the EEA, UK, and California, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive your personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sharing or sale as those terms apply under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA. To make a request, email support@lumio.mobile. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request and will respond as required by applicable law.

Where our apps use targeted advertising for California residents, an in-app privacy choice or request by email can be used to exercise applicable opt-out rights. We do not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.

6. Children's privacy

We take children's privacy seriously and configure child-directed experiences, if any, in line with applicable requirements including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly use children's personal information for behavioral advertising. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

7. Retention, security, and international transfers

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Retention periods may vary by data type and service provider. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, although no system can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in countries outside your own; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
