1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of mobile apps, games, and websites provided by Lumio Worldwide Limited (“Lumio”, “we”, “us”). By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the services. Additional app-specific rules or store terms may also apply.

2. Using our services

You may use our services for lawful, personal purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable app store rules. You must not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer them where prohibited by law, or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the services, or our legal rights.

3. Intellectual property

The apps, games, website, software, designs, text, graphics, and associated intellectual property belong to Lumio Worldwide Limited or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services as intended. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

4. Advertising and third-party services

Some apps may display advertising or use third-party analytics and technical services. Third-party content and links are controlled by their providers. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to its own terms and privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy explains related data practices.

5. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep our services reliable, but availability, features, and compatibility may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumio Worldwide Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the services. This limitation does not apply where the law prohibits it, including liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your location.
